Learn about NV AB356 and why it is important to Property Managers
This program will include an update on the status of Nevada Bill AB356. This is the NV bill developed to eliminate non-essential turf on all commercial sites over the next 5-years (2026). To date, the bill has passed through the state legislature and now has also been signed by Governor Sisolak.
On a side note....the level of Lake Mead has already dropped to an elevation of 1075. The 1075 elevation is significant, as it triggers the first wave of Colorado Water restrictions for Nevada, California, and Arizona. If you have been watching the news lately, the state water allocations from the Colorado River will be reduced shortly. Although, Nevada is currently utilizing less than their allocation, there will be additional restrictions moving forward for both residential and commercial use.
